Ownership of the Land?

In August of 2009, a 23 acre site on the west side of Wesleyville Road in the Municipality of Port Hope was purchased by a Private Holding Corporation under Renewable Energy Management Inc. (REM) and its shareholders for the development of a Waste Management and Renewable Energy Facility.

Who is REM?

Renewable Energy Management Inc. is a project development company which owns the Intellectual Property License for Canada, the United States as well as the Caribbean Territories of ENTECH Renewable Energy Solutions Ltd.
ENTECH Renewable Energy systems are global leaders in Advanced Conversion Technologies, a low temperature "gasification" process for converting waste into clean renewable energy. REM is dedicated to developing state-of-the-art renewable energy projects focused on providing a superior waste management/disposal solution that is environmentally and economically sustainable.
